MEET SHAYLA:

Shayla Michelle is a Bay Area native born in Oakland, California. Raised in the foster care system, her lived experience ignited a lifelong commitment to growth, purpose, and service. Early on, she understood the importance of self-care and made a promise to always give back.

She is a mother and creative entrepreneur who attended UC Riverside, where she discovered dance while supporting herself through hair braiding. Her work as a dancer in Los Angeles led her behind the camera, where she fell in love with television production. This journey allowed her to seamlessly merge dance, entertainment, and hair into a purpose-driven brand centered on care, confidence, and community.

That passion led her here.

When she’s not creating meaningful experiences for children, Shayla enjoys dancing, traveling, and serving underserved communities. She currently sits on the board of the Keturah Hamilton Foundation, supporting impactful initiatives for those in need.

From dazzling braids to mini manis, pedis, and age-appropriate makeup (Glitter Glam), we sprinkle fun, confidence, and sparkle into every experience. Safe, playful, and full of smiles, we make every child feel like the superstar they truly are.
